Head on collision between a semi and a car on the SP-294 highway near Parapuã, state of São Paulo, Brazil resulted in the deaths of both occupants of the car and the death of the truck driver. Wander Luis de Azevedo had his head ripped from his shoulders as he was ejected from the cab of the truck. Miraculously, Luis’ wife, Suzana Rosa de Melo and his two year old daughter survived the crash and were taken to a nearby hospital with only minor injuries. The two occupants of the car, Antônio Gomes Pereira (52) and Deise Regina Rosa (29) were both pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are still looking into just what caused the collision.
Wow. That collision actually ripped the cab off the chassis of that truck and tossed it onto the ground like a block from a child’s toy box. I find it utterly amazing that the driver had his head ripped right off and neither of the other two people in the cab were seriously injured…especially for one being a baby.
But of course, the pièce de résistance is the body of 29 year old Deise Regina Rosa. Propped upright in her seat, eyes open and vacant. She looks so much like a doll it’s a little unnerving, is it not? I found myself just looking at her for some time, studying her corpse, equal parts creeped out and fascinated. My mistress Death is quite the artist.
