Four Men Executed and Dragged by ISIS After Coalition Bombing of Ar Raqqah

The city of Ar Raqqah is a stronghold of the Islamic State in Syria. As an important part of the Islamic Caliphate, Ar Raqqah is subject to Sharia Law.

Newly released video by the Islamic State shows the execution of 4 men which was carried out in response to the coalition air bombing of Ar Raqqah. The video starts with the images of devastation allegedly caused by coalition bombing, and is followed with images of killed and maimed children, presumably victims of the coalition air campaign against ISIS.

The four executed men were held prisoners by the Islamic State. Although the ISIS appears to blame America for the destruction and the lives of the children killed in the city, the executed prisoners look like they were captured Syrian soldiers. If the idea was to get back at America, executing America’s primary targets is not gonna make them think twice about more attacks on the city.

After the mass execution, which was also attended by children and was carried out with gun shots in the back of the heads fired at close range, corpses of two victims were tied behind a vehicle and dragged through the city streets, much to the joy of children who live there. I can already see who these children will grow up to be.
